David R. Miller, 61, of Canton, OH passed suddenly and unexpectedly on March 16, 2025. Dave was the happiest, most positive person with an infectious laugh and a bright smile. You could find him on the golf course, probably on speaker phone negotiating prices for Black Forest ham (or something like that). Dave worked as a food broker for decades, most recently as Director of Sales with Kehoe Marketing. He was passionate about his job and he was damn good at it too. Whether he was coaching Lauren’s softball, playing Keno at the bar or just gathering with friends, Dave’s vibrant personality always made a lasting impression on everyone - even those who barely knew him.
He is loved and remembered by his children Jordan (Mike) Miller, Lauren (Aaron) Jackson and the light of his life - his granddaughter Everly Jackson. He is also survived by siblings Carolyn, Daniel and Jeff (Veronica) Miller, niece Hillary (Kevin and Harlow) Marren and was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Joanie (Dannemiller) Miller. Dave touched the lives of so many people and he will be missed immensely.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.

“The brightest stars burn the fastest, so we must love them while we can”
I was very fortunate to know David and the Miller family through Carolyn Miller. I’ve known David since he was 17 years old and he was always so great to see and talk to. He had unforgettable personality that you always wanted to be around him; his smile, his laugh and his positive attitude. As many of you know, we lost a special person who will be missed greatly. My sincere condolences to the entire Miller family.
